5. Kapha-Vata: People with this combination are gentle, compassionate, and creative, but they can struggle with motivation and energy levels.
6. Kapha-Pitta: These individuals tend to be calm and focused, but they might face problems related to weight management and heat sensitivity.
7. Tri-Dosha: In rare cases, individuals have an equal balance of all three doshas. Maintaining their health and well-being can be a unique challenge, as they need to balance various aspects of their constitution.
Understanding your unique dosha combination is essential in Ayurveda for achieving and maintaining good health.
